Tasting Note: A very complex wine with aromas of toasted hazelnut, brioche and lemon zest along with subtle white flowers. Touches of butter and yeast from the lees ageing is evident on the palate but a good streak of acidity provides perfect balance. A very good example of 'proper' cava.
