Tasting Note: Beautifully elegant when some of its cousins can seem a bit rustic, this brandy contains wonderful notes of fruits preserved in alcohol, baked prunes, dried fruits and hazelnuts. The usual empyreumatic notes of coffee and toast are also present but they are more reserved, staying further towards the back, supporting this complex, light ensemble.
