Tasting Note: Pale golden in colour, with tinges of green. A bouquet of sweet spices, honey and quince on first nose, with buttery notes and minerality shine through on the palate. Oaking has been well judged, and helps add depth and smoothness. Hints of acididty throughout, and a prolonged finish.
