2 x Beaujolais Villages AOC, Burgundy, France - Expressive and intense nose of jammy red fruits and violets. Supple and well balanced on the palate with light tannins and a very easy going character.
2 x Cantina di Negrar Corvina Verona, Italy - Bright ruby red, with a nose filled with the perfume of vanilla and cherry. Dark cherry dominates the palate, which is well rounded and peppered with soft and reassuring tannins. The finish is long and spiced with cinnamon and star anise.
2 x Casa Silva Merlot 'Reserva', Colchagua, Chile - A heavenly depth of plums, damsons and chocolate. The tannins are ripe and smooth giving the wine a long lingering finish.
