This Shipping Policy describes the terms of service with the delivery of an item when you make a purchase from swines.co.uk (the “qSite”). 

Spend over £145 for free standard delivery (up to 5 working days) to postcodes in England and Wales. All orders need to be placed by 12pm BST to qualify. If your order is placed after 12pm on Friday, the item will not be sent until the following Monday. Any order received after this time will automatically roll over to the following day. Delivery will be conducted by a third-party courier company.

Free local delivery

To qualify for free local delivery you will need to reside within PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5, PL6, PL7, PL8, PL9, PL16, PL17, PL18 and have a minimum spend of £39.95. This is not guaranteed next-day delivery and will only be delivered when we are delivering to your postcode area (again, usually 2-3 working days).
Any purchase 39.94 and under will be £9.95.

Exclusions
At this time we are unable to ship to Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland and anywhere outside the UK.

  • Quick delivery: We aim to dispatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via DHL Ecomms, DHL Express or by our own delivery service.
  • Signature Required: All deliveries will require a signature unless specifically stated by you.  
  • Dispatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched with DHL tracking details or by phone if delivered by ourselves.
  • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7 days if your items are being delivered by our own service or within 48 hours if a courier service is used.

By placing an order on the SW Wine Shop website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this. Photographic identification may be asked if there is doubt about the receiver’s age.
