Delivery

This Shipping Policy describes the terms of service with the delivery of an item when you make a purchase from swines.co.uk (the “Site”). 

Spend over £145 for free standard delivery (upto 5 working days) to all mainland UK. All orders need to be placed by 12pm BST to qualify. If your order is placed after 12pm on Friday, the item will not be sent until the following Monday. Any order received after this time will automatically roll over to the following day. Delivery will be conducted by a third party courier company.

Our standard UK delivery charge for any order under £145 is £9.95.

To qualify for free local delivery you will need to reside within a PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5, PL6, PL7, PL8, PL9, PL16, PL17, PL18, PL19 & PL20 postcode with a minimum spend of £39.95. This will not be guaranteed next day delivery and will only be delivered when we are within your postcode area (again usually 2-3 working days).

Our standard Local Delivery charge for orders under £39.95 is also £9.95.

  • Quick delivery: We aim to dispatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via APC Overnight Express Courier mainland United Kingdom or by our own delivery service.
  • Signature Required: All deliveries will require a signature unless specifically stated by you.  
  • Dispatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched with DPD tracking details or by phone if delivered by ourselves.
  • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7 days if your items are being delivered by our own service or within 48 hours if a courier service is being used.

By placing an order on the SW Wine Shop website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this. Photographic identification may be asked if there is doubt about the receivers age.
