This Shipping Policy describes the terms of service with the delivery of an item when you make a purchase from www.swbottleshop.co.uk (the “Site”). 

The Spend over £75 for free next day delivery to mainland UK, all orders need to be placed by 11am BST to qualify for next day from Monday to Friday. Your order is placed after 11am on Friday, the item will not be sent until the following Monday. Any order received after this time will automatically roll over to the following day. Delivery will be conducted by a third party courier company.

To qualify for free local delivery you will need to reside within a PL16-20 postcode with a minimum of £38, this can be arranged through speaking to one of our team or adding your information in comments box upon checkout. This will not be next day delivery and only delivered when we are within your postcode area. For all other PL, TR, TQ & EX postcode, a charge of £4 for any order over £38. For all orders under £38 there will be a £8.99 charge for delivery.

Next day delivery is available at a charge of £6.95 for orders under £75 to mainland UK. This will be conducted by a third party courier company. Orders need to placed by 11pm to qualify for next day delivery, anytime after 11pm the order will automatically rolled over to the follow day. Damages or missing parcel(s) must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. The third party courier company may ask for photographic evidence if any damage has occurred with your delivery. 

Delivery charges apply to any special offer wines. Spend over £75 for free delivery does not apply .

• Quick delivery: We aim to dispatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
• Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via APC Overnight Express Courier mainland United Kingdom or by our own delivery service.
• Signature Required: All deliveries will require a signature unless specifically stated by you.  
• Dispatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched with APC tracking details or by phone if delivered by ourselves.
• Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7 days if your items are being delivered by our own service or within 48 hours if a courier service is being used.

By placing an order on the SW Bottle Shop website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this. Photographic identification may be asked if there is doubt about the receivers age.
