Tasting Note: Named after the Puget-Ville’s tower which relates to Sidoine, a man born blind, healed by Jesus, who would come to Provence to preach the faith. Lovely fresh, dry style with soft strawberry fruit and a little honeysuckle. Match with BBQ red meat with Mediterranean herbs and salads.

Goes With: Pairs beautifully with light salads and starters. The wine’s crisp character also enhances the natural sweetness of seafood, making it a great choice for grilled prawns, seared scallops, or delicate fish dishes. For summer barbecues, it works well alongside grilled meats such as sausages, burgers, or herb-marinated chicken. Vegetarian dishes also shine with this rosé, especially grilled halloumi, roasted vegetables, or a creamy goat cheese and roasted beetroot tart.
