Tasting note:
A delicious lightly sparkling, low alcohol, minimal interventional wine. Fresh and delicate but bursting with ripe red fruits and peach notes. Produced via the ancestral method which causes the cloudy appearance (due to the lack of filtration) and adds a unique texture and savoury notes to the wine.

Best enjoyed young and pairs well with lighter dishes and seafood
