Tasting notes: Aromas of raspberry and plum layered with spices and a gently smoky cedar undertone. The palate offers rich red‑berry fruit, darker plum and subtle blackberry wrapped in a smooth, textured mouthfeel. Well-integrated tannins with a long, generous and satisfying finish —neither heavy nor light but in excellent balance.

Goes with: Slow-cooked pork belly, roast lamb or duck, tomato-based pasta dishes or a light game stew. Serve slightly below room temperature to allow the fruit and spice to shine.
