Tasting note: Elegant and beautifully evolved with aromas of dried cherry, redcurrant and plum alongside notes of cedar, tobacco leaf, leather, forest floor and warming spice. The palate is silky and savoury with softened tannins, refreshing acidity and layers of dried fruit, sweet spice and earthy complexity. The finish is long, refined and gently savoury.
